Robert Peel International provides professional, accredited training programmes to government, public-sector and private organisations in the UK and internationally.

As a registered training centre for Highfield Qualifications and Pearson Edexcel, RPI delivers recognised qualifications alongside bespoke training programmes designed around the specific operational requirements of our clients.

Our training capabilities span a range of sectors and disciplines, with particular expertise in Policing & Criminal Justice, Safeguarding, Conflict Management, Leadership and Security.
RPI also delivers a wide range of Security Industry Authority (SIA) training courses, supporting individuals and organisations with recognised qualifications for the UK private security industry.

Our trainers are qualified and highly experienced professionals, many of whom bring extensive operational and frontline experience to their training. This enables us to combine formal learning with practical knowledge and real-world scenarios, ensuring training is relevant, engaging and applicable in the workplace.

Training can be delivered through face-to-face instruction, blended learning and technology-enabled solutions, allowing programmes to be adapted to different organisations, locations and operational environments.

RPI maintains an extensive library of professional training videos available in English and Arabic and can design and produce bespoke video-based training to meet individual client requirements.

We can also design complete bespoke courses and work with awarding organisations to obtain appropriate accreditation. This has included the development and accreditation of a specialist Investigation Skills programme for a major international company, which has been successfully delivered over several years.

Where required, RPI can develop train-the-trainer programmes, enabling organisations to build their own internal training capability and retain knowledge beyond the initial delivery.
Qualifications are certified through our recognised awarding organisations, and our training design and delivery is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
