Robert Peel International provides specialist one-to-one mentoring and intervention services for individuals with complex needs, helping them make positive changes, reduce the risk of reoffending and successfully reintegrate into society.

Our experienced mentors build trusted professional relationships and provide consistent, practical support tailored to the circumstances, challenges and goals of each individual.

Our mentoring programmes can support individuals across a range of areas, including personal development, education and training, employment, safeguarding, conflict management, decision-making and social reintegration.

Mentors work closely with individuals to establish clear objectives, identify barriers to progress and provide the structure, guidance and encouragement needed to achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
RPI mentors bring extensive professional and operational experience and are trained to work effectively with individuals presenting a wide range of needs and challenges.

Our approach combines safeguarding, conflict management, situational awareness and personal development, while recognising that every individual’s circumstances are different.

Mentoring can be delivered on a one-to-one basis or as part of a wider intervention programme, working collaboratively with referring organisations and other professionals where appropriate.
